International Trade Resource Library
The International Trade Resource Center houses a library which is open to the public during normal working hours. Because we are not a lending library, we offer a comfortable, convenient environment for clients to utilize the resources on site.
Hard Copy References
Complete reference materials on how to do business by specific country or industry, periodicals, videos, international telephone directories, service provider indexes, duties, NAICS and SIC codes, Harmonized System Commodity Code Classification (HS Codes), export administration regulations, export guides, topic specific guides, cross-cultural and protocol guides, international trade reports, and more.
International Trade Data Network
The ITDN offers the timely, detailed market intelligence needed to be competitive in the global arena. Administered in New Hampshire by the Office of International Commerce, this user-friendly network provides an enormous amount of information on trade leads, travel information, foreign contacts, exchange rates, industry sector analysis, market and country research reports and much more. The ITDN can be accessed through the computers in our library or from your own computer by using a password we can provide, free of charge.
Shipping, Logistics, Customs and Export Documentation
Shipping your product overseas requires attention to detail. The documentation involved must be completed properly or your product may sit in a warehouse or on the dock unable to be delivered. The library houses information crucial to understanding and complying with these issues. Sample forms are on hand, and our export specialists can provide individualized assistance.
